Lately, I've been super overwhelmed with all the task that I have to do. I realize that school or life in general doesn't give you room for breaks or an emotional day to recuperate. I bought this sweatshirt that says I need a day between Saturday and Sunday because It reminds me of how fast this year has gone by and it seems like there is never enough time in the day. I'm a stronger believer in just taking days off to recuperate. You have to find time for yourself.
Everyone is in constant need to be doing something, Doing things you enjoy more often ( they are way less taxing on your mind). Spend time just doing something simple and recuperating, It's literally how us introverts survive.
